4-Week Yoga for Osteoporosis


Are you a mature woman concerned about a spinal or hip fracture because of your low bone density? You want to feel strong, tall and balanced and able to prevent falls.  

Try our 4-Week Yoga for Osteoporosis, taught by Buff Bones® and STOTT PILATES trained instructor, Kelly House. Our four-week series is based on the training from Dr. Loren Fishman.  You will stretch and stimulate the bones with yoga poses, supported by a chair and hold these postures for up to ten breaths. This is a challenging, yet attainable class for anyone with osteoporosis or osteopenia or new to yoga.
