Hi, I’m Tara!

It’s great to meet you.

I struggled with postpartum anxiety and depression for over twenty-four months after having twins, but it took my husband’s passing in November of 2020 for me to realize how important it is to heal our nervous system.

I’m a certified women’s herbal educator, with Dr. Aviva Romm, and I help women reduce medications with herbal medicine and holistic practices.

When you have anxiety, depression, and rage, it not only affects your body, but it also affects your relationships and how you raise your children.

Feeling out of control is annoying and consumes an enormous amount of time and energy

Crying, screaming, and yelling are not who you are; you crave to feel like yourself again

  • "Tara was so knowledgeable and helped give me so many pointers when it came to my postpartum brain fog and anxiety. She has so much knowledge about herbs and led me to some great blends. She helped with much more than just herb blend recommendations though, she was thorough and tried to brake down all my symptoms. She gave me many resources and set me up to succeed. She actually listened and would follow up with me. I will definitely be using her again for her knowledge and compassion."

  • "Tara is extremely supportive and knowledgeable- she is an incredible wealth of knowledge on postpartum support. Her course on PPD/PP Anxiety has been so helpful, and it's given me so many tools to use as I navigate the newborn phrase and beyond. It's also SO wonderful to know which herbs are safe to use while breastfeeding. So thankful I found Tara - I highly recommend her to new moms going through it. I'm a mom of two, and I wish I had had these resources when I had my first baby. Thank you Tara!!"
