We know you’re thinking it, so we’re here to answering all your lingering questions! No, we do not mind readers, these are just the questions everyone asks, so we wanted to beat you to it and get you the answers to those Q’s you’re probably wondering about.

Q: Isn't Pilates expensive?

A: The truth is we can accommodate all price points. We suggest starting with our complimentary Action Setting appointment to set your health goals and see how we can achieve them- together. Our Action Setting consultation is a one-hour discussion of your health and fitness goals. Q: What types of classes do you offer?

A: Our only ongoing group class is our Small Group Equipment class Mondays and Wednesdays with Tara Gregorio.  
Our small group equipment class is for the more experienced client looking to tone and lengthen their body using a variety of Pilates equipment with three other participants.  Sign up here. 

Buff Bones®
Toning your arms, hips, back and abs, the Buff Bones® system improves posture, is adaptable to varying levels, and is even safe for those with osteoporosis.  This mat based workout is taught by instructor, Kelly House quarterly and in the summer.  If you are curious about a private Buff Bones class; please sign up for our Pilates Introductory offer and request Kelly. 

Pelvic Pow-HER
Learn the best exercises for your core and pelvic floor postpartum and beyond.  Just for women, this mat based workout created by our owner, Tara Gregorio, will tone your core and hips, reduce low back pain and decrease {or get rid of!} incontinence for good.  See our upcoming workshop HERE or sign up for a Pilates Introductory offer and request Tara. 

Q: How do I sign up?

A: You can sign up for group classes & privates on-line with our online booking program; Wellness Living.  You can also call (845-809-5995) or email (info@taragregorio.com) or make an appointment to stop by and see the studio! 

Q: When are your instructors available?

A: We offer plenty of times for private Pilates sessions to work around your schedule.  So whether you’re an early bird, love a midday session, or want to swing by after work we try to accommodate all our client's needs.  Send us an email with your request. 

Q: Speaking of instructors, what are their qualifications?

A: All of our Pilates instructors are trained in a contemporary Pilates method.  Most instructors hold a variety of certifications like ACE, NASM or AFAA certifications and may have a Masters degree.  They maintain their certifications yearly with continuing education credits.

Q: What types of packages do you offer?

A: In addition to our goal setting memberships, we offer single, 5 and 10-pack sessions for private pilates or semi-private pilates sessions.  Please ask a friend to join you for the semi-privates. 

Q: What if I go out of town or have to move? Can I pause or stop my membership?

We offer 1-4 week extensions based on the package you purchased.  You also receive extensions for Holidays and when your trainer takes a break.  With proof of address change, you can cancel your membership or gift it to your friend or neighbor. 

Q: Where do I begin?

The best place to start is a complimentary Action Setting session with Cindy, my studio manager or myself. This is a 60-minute meeting where we discuss your health goals and how we can achieve them together. Please email us to set up your session today!
