Herbal Teething Pops Recipe

Herbal pops are a great way to increase your child's fluid when your child is feverish or teething. These pops are filled with vitamins and minerals from the herbs and mixed with juice to sweeten. The Echinacea tincture is a concentrated form of medicine that will boost your child's immunity.  Easy to make and calming for mom and child! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of Dried Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis)
  • 2 cups of Boiling water
  • 1 cup of organic pineapple Juice
  • 1 cup of frozen fruit- Mango or anything you like!
  • 2 tbs. of Echinacea tincture (optional)

Directions:

*Place the dried Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis) in a mason jar.

*Top off with 2 cups of hot boiling water, cover and let steep for 10 minutes.  You can use a French Press as well.

*Cover and let steep for 10 min. Strain and add Pineapple Juice and fruit to a blender and blend well.  

*Stir in Echinacea tincture.

*Pour into Pop Holders or into ice cube trays.

*Freeze and enjoy!
