I was at the heaviest weight that I had ever been. Until I reached my mid-thirties, I was always underweight and never had to worry about the way clothes looked on me. I could wear whatever I wanted.

I have to admit that I was not happy about giving up sugar and my Dunkin Donuts creamer.

I was surprised that the foods I was eating were satisfying and kept me full throughout the day. I did not crave sweets and chips. This motivated me to continue eating healthy and I felt much better. I even noticed an improvement with my sinus headaches and allergies.
