Trainer Highlight-Breana Whitecross

Interesting fact about Breana:

I was taking dance class before I could walk. My grandmother started a dance studio in Rhode Island over 70 years ago and my mother owns and operates it now.

What has been your best training experience?

Every time I take a class or do my own Pilates workout, I learn something new about the way my body moves and how I can challenge myself each time.

What's your best health/wellness advice?  

Take the time to care for your body – do your best to stretch, walk, and do any kind of cardio or strengthening daily. 

Health/Wellness vice:  

Foam rolling is by far my favorite pastime. 

 What inspires you?  

Movement has always inspired me – I am always looking to learn more about the unique ways our bodies move and I want to educate others of the importance of it.

Favorite thing to do outside the studio:  

I enjoy hiking and taking long walks exploring new places. Most vacations I take include being active – ideally outdoors.

Breana is available mornings 7:30am-9:30 am and Saturday mornings 9:00 am-12:00 pm for private Apprentice Pilates Sessions.
