Tell us an Interesting fact about yourself?
Having lumbar surgery at the age of 43 made me get real about exercise.
Until then I though my body would just take care of itself.
What has been your best training experience?
I am always gratified when participants say, “That was a fun class and I feel great."
What’s your best health/wellness advice?
Find some sort of exercise that you like to do.
What is your biggest health/wellness vice?
Ha! Sugar, salt, fat and alcohol !!
What inspires you?
I am inspired when students say they feel better as a result of exercise.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of the studio?
I love to cook dinner.
