Private Pilates sessions are the fastest way to progress. This is a tailored workout based on your goals, needs and abilities. A certified Pilates instructor will work one on one with you for 55-minutes utilizing the pilates equipment to increase your flexibility and strength, decrease your injuries and improve your balance.  Privates are best for injuries and new clients. 


Semi-Private Pilates sessions provide a more economical form of training. The key is finding a partner with a similar fitness level to yours.  We will certainly help you but it is recommended that you try to bring another pilates enthusiast! Duets are 55-minutes long.
