Lemon Balm Popsicles
Do you have little kids at home that love popsicles?
This tried and true herbal recipe is one I still make every month and my children are 10!
It’s made with Melissa Officinalis more commonly known as “lemon balm” and it’s known to lift your spirits.
So, don’t be surprised if you find yourself smiling after one of these pops!

Another botanical included in this recipe is Echinacea.
It's optional to add a tincture of Echinacea. I would do this in the winter months or for kids aged 2-6, as they are most prone to catching viral infections.

Herbal Popsicle Ingredients
2 tbs. of dried Lemon Balm
1 Mason Jar
3 cups of boiling water
1/4 cup of frozen fruit {we like mango, strawberries, or even pineapple}
1/4 cup of pineapple juice (optional)
1 dropperful of Echinacea tincture
Herbal Popsicle Recipe
Boil the water
Place 2 tbs. of dried Lemon Balm in a mason jar
Pour the water over the herbs
Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
Strain
Take the 3 cups of tea, plus pineapple juice, and fruit, and blend
When done blending, add in the tincture
Pour into your molds and wait patiently!
