Perimenopause Remedies

Confused about perimenopause and don’t know where to begin?

Join me for a powerful 3-week herbal medicine workshop series designed to help you finally understand your body—and feel like yourself again.

In this series, you’ll discover exactly what your body needs to find relief in this often chaotic season of life.

Week 1: Bioidentical Hormones, how to use them, and the side effects to look for
We’ll break down your hormones—what’s actually happening, how it feels in your body, and the pros and cons of bioidentical hormones vs. herbal medicine so you can make the best choice for you. Plus, I’ll share the DUTCH hormone test and see if this is an option for you.

Week 2: The must-have herbal remedies
We’ll dive into your specific symptoms and match them with targeted, natural remedies—so you’re no longer guessing or trying everything without results.

Week 3: Your Pelvic Floor
We’ll focus on your pelvic floor, the changes happening beneath the surface, and how to create relief quickly—so you can feel strong, supported, and in control again.

It’s time to stop unnecessary hysterectomies caused by bleeding and prolapse—and start educating ourselves on the many options available.

Because perimenopause is about so much more than hot flashes…
It can show up as brain fog, bloating, anxiety, digestive issues, rage, and exhaustion.

And when you learn how to heal your body, you don’t just change your life—
you impact your daughters, your friends, and your entire community.

By the end of these 3 weeks, you’ll walk away with a personalized, step-by-step plan tailored to your unique body.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

  • "The Perimenopause Workshop delivered both clarity and relief. I learned that when my estrogen levels elevate, drinking nettle leaf tea helps alleviate histamine-related symptoms (itchy eyes). I also gained a more holistic framework of how to support my body through change. "

    -Maggie Overfelt Valentine

  • Some days I feel ok and some days I don't feel like myself at all. Anxiety, sleeplessness, weight gain, stress, anger, itchiness, brain fog. Maybe I could get some relief with HRT but I wanted to hear about other more natural treatments. As a certified herbalist, Tara is a fantastic community resource. She started each session with a lovely tea and group check-in before launching into the day's topic. It's a supportive place to come together to learn and discuss what's going on with our bodies. I learned ways to keep the pelvic floor healthy and all about different supplements that can help remedy various symptoms. Our mental health is so tied to our physical well being, and learning ways to address the hormone fluctuations and physical changes improves our mental health as well.

  • "I am a licensed, full-scope midwife with a particular interest in issues of pelvic floor dysfunction. Before referring to my own clients, I took Tara's Pelvic Pow-her course as an exercise in due diligence. I found Tara to be exceptionally knowledgeable, supportive, and positive. The brilliant thing about this course is that she shares so many different tools and techniques. She provides a clear framework so that each student can easily figure out which of these will work best and create an effective, individualized home program that will be perpetually useful. With complete confidence, I recommend this course to anyone who needs to address pelvic floor issues."
