Are you wondering if the higher-dose sweat mat is worth it?
I did too.
In fact, I almost gave it away at one time.
But, then I found a way to make it work for me.
This is what I do….
I put a timer on for 15 minutes and turn it on.
I complete other chores or even go for a walk, while the mat warms up.
This is important to heat it up ⬆️
I cover my body head to toe with old clothing and slide into the mat.
If I walk or exercise - I can start sweating in about 10-15 minutes.
If I don’t exercise, it may take about 20 minutes.
But!! I don’t really use it for the sweat that much… it’s more about relaxing my nervous system.
I’ll also make time to go to the gym and use the sauna for a different type of sweat.
Most importantly, if you’re struggling with a health concern, make time to invest in a red light sauna for a fever-type sweat.
One more thing… if you don’t sweat easily you need to start slowly!! Spray your body with water, drink water with minerals and make sure you’re pooping in order to open all drainage pathways in your body.

But, most of us don’t have the room or the resources and that’s wear the sweat mat can fill the gap of health needs.
