Epsom Salt Bath

One of the best ways to absorb magnesium into your body and calm your mind is an Epsom salt bath.

It’s super easy and so relaxing.

If you’re struggling with your health, you want to take this bath 2+x week.

  • Turn off the lights

  • Have someone watch the kids

  • Light a candle

  • Make a cup of tea to have with your tub if you’re cold

  • Enjoy!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fill a bath with warm water.

  2. Add up to 2 cups of salt for adults, 1/2 cup for kids

  3. Add 5-7 drops of essential oil {add the oil to milk if using with infants or toddlers!!}

  4. Add to the bath and stir

  5. CAUTION: Essential oils can burn the skin. Please dilute.
