Epsom Salt Bath
One of the best ways to absorb magnesium into your body and calm your mind is an Epsom salt bath.
It’s super easy and so relaxing.
If you’re struggling with your health, you want to take this bath 2+x week.
Turn off the lights
Have someone watch the kids
Light a candle
Make a cup of tea to have with your tub if you’re cold

Ingredients
Clients also love Magnesium Flakes in their baths as well
Directions
Fill a bath with warm water.
Add up to 2 cups of salt for adults, 1/2 cup for kids
Add 5-7 drops of essential oil {add the oil to milk if using with infants or toddlers!!}
Add to the bath and stir
CAUTION: Essential oils can burn the skin. Please dilute.
