Herbal Salt Bath for Kids

How to make a salt bath

Ingredients

  • Plain Epsom Salts

  • Lavender Essential Oil {optional}

  • Milk for babies and toddlers<<<

Epsom salt bath how much salt

1/2 cup of Epsom salts for kids under 5

  • 1 cup for kids 5-12

  • and kids over 12 and adults up to 2 cups

Directions

  • Fill a bath with warm water.

  • Add 1/2 cup of Epsom salts for kids under 5

    • 1 cup for kids 5-12

    • and kids over 12 and adults up to 2 cups.

  • Add 5-7 drops of essential oil to 1/4 cup of milk {for babies & toddlers}

  • Add to the bath and stir

  • When essential oils are dispersed, then let the baby in the tub:)

  • CAUTION: Essential oils can burn the skin. Please dilute.
