The Virtual Postpartum Sessions are designed to help you feel calm and joyful again. We’ll review your diet, supplements, and symptoms, and I’ll make suggestions for herbal and homeopathic remedies to help you feel at peace again. All remedies are safe if you’re breastfeeding.

When you begin integrating gentle herbal and homeopathic medicine, many women notice a sense of calm right away. If you’re in the months after breastfeeding—whether that’s three, four, or even eight months—it’s completely normal to feel more anxious as your body shifts. I’m here to help you navigate these changes with compassion and effective, natural strategies.
For deeper hormonal imbalances and postpartum depression, healing can take a little longer, but together we’ll support your body in processing estrogen and cortisol while encouraging healthy progesterone levels. Over time, you may notice better sleep, lighter moods, and a return of joy.
If you’d like, we can add functional testing like a DUTCH hormone or cortisol test to give us more insight, but it’s never required. We can create a customized plan based on your unique symptoms and needs.
