My 5 Favorite CellCore Products for Lyme, Mold, and Postpartum Recovery

If I could choose one company that supported me the most after my Lyme diagnosis, I would say it’s CellCore.

But they’re not limited to just Lyme, mold toxicity, and heavy metals.

I often wish I had started taking their Level 1 supplements after having twins—it would have restored my energy so much faster.

In this post, I’ll cover my favorite CellCore products, how to use them, and what to take if you’re breastfeeding.

CellCore Drainage Funnel

One of the most important teachings from CellCore is the Drainage Funnel.

At the bottom of the funnel is the colon, which means that eliminating 2–3 banana-shaped stools per day is foundational for health. Proper drainage ensures that your body can effectively remove toxins, viruses, and heavy metals.

As Dr. Jess explains, “kill, bind, sweat” is the rhythm for healing hidden infections. That means using:

  • Antimicrobials (the ‘kill’)

  • Binders (the ‘bind’)

  • Sweating (the ‘sweat’) through exercise, sauna, or baths

Without open drainage pathways, detox symptoms worsen. This is why CellCore practitioners emphasize starting with drainage support before deeper detox work (source}

  1. CellCore Advanced TUDCA

  • By far, CellCore Advanced TUDCA is one of my favorite supplements.

  • This particular blend includes melatonin, NAC, humic and fulvic acids, as well as TUDCA (a bile acid).

  • I started taking it to improve my liver support and many of my family members have had their gallbladders removed. TUDCA can help thin bile flow and reduce your risk for gallstones.

  • Additionally, taken at night, the melatonin may help you sleep, while the NAC and humic/fulvic acids gently support detoxification each evening. This is by far my favorite blend.

2. CellCore Bowel Mover

  • If you struggle with constipation, CellCore Bowel Mover can help.

  • While some people may experience loose stools on the second day, most find it very effective in supporting gentle elimination.

  • Along with dietary changes, coffee or chamomile enemas, and hydration, this blend helps ensure your colon is moving daily—key for opening the drainage funnel.

3. Cellcore KL Support

  • If you struggle with energy, you want to increase your glutathione - the #1 antioxidant we have in our body.

  • But getting glutathione in the body can be challenging.

  • When I lived in Mold, my practitioner prescribed an inhalation of glutathione. After one session, my energy improved, and my son’s asthma-like symptoms went away.

  • This script is hard to get, so if you consume N-Acetyl Cysteine, NAC, this helps create glutathione and energy.

  • Plus, this blend has milk thistle to support your liver and gynostemma extract to reduce sugar cravings.

4. Cellcore Metabolic Activator

  • I’ve been using this blend for a slow, low-acting thyroid.

  • This one-of-a-kind formula supports hormonal function, including sex hormones, glucose metabolism, and the conversion of thyroid hormones (T4 to T3). [source]

5. Cellcore Biotoxin Binder

  • If you haven’t used a binder yet, this one is amazing.

  • If you have Lyme or Candida, follow the kill, bind, sweat protocol of Dr. Jess.

  • You want to take antivirals, then wait 45 minutes and use a binder, like the biotoxin, then sweat to release hidden viruses in your body.

  • Make sure you’re pooping! This is part of opening your drainage pathways.

Where to Buy CellCore Products

  • You’ll want to purchase CellCore products through a practitioner. This is because you don’t want to jump straight into detox without opening your drainage pathways first.

  • Read this post on binders to learn why CellCore’s carbon-based formulas are more effective than traditional binders like charcoal or clay. Then work with a practitioner who can personalize a protocol for you.

  • If you’re just looking for one product to start, Advanced TUDCA at night is a safe and powerful choice. You can purchase it here: Shop Cellcore, use code: OY64htrL

Lyme Disease & Breastfeeding

If you’re struggling with Lyme disease while breastfeeding, it’s important to take a gentle, supportive approach.

Here’s the protocol that was shared with me, broken into weeks.

Weeks 1–2

  • Prenatal vitamin with milk thistle (I like Seeking Health)

  • Vitamin D3 + K (liquid form)

  • Fish oil (Omega-3s)

  • Magnesium glycinate (or Restless Leg Homeopathic blend if needed)

  • Probiotic (I like Seeking Health)

  • Vitamin C (liquid form)

  • Homeopathic remedies for symptoms

Weeks 3–4

  • Gentle movement

  • Continue turmeric and milk thistle

  • Add in gentle CellCore supplements as tolerated

Approved Cellcore Products for Pregnancy & Breastfeeding (start at ¼–½ dose)

  • BC-ATP

  • BioToxin Binder

  • CT-Minerals

  • CT-Zyme (with food)

  • IFC

Conclusion

CellCore has been a game-changer in my own healing. Whether you’re dealing with Lyme, mold, heavy metals, or postpartum depletion, their products provide a foundational and practitioner-guided approach to restoring health.

Start with drainage, lean on binders, and add products like Advanced TUDCA for liver and gallbladder support. And if you’re a new mom, know that there are safe, gentle options available for you too.
