15 Life-Changing Postpartum Books
Postpartum Books
After having my twins, I turned to books and writing as a way to heal my body, calm my intrusive thoughts, and support my mental health.
The postpartum season is often one of lack of sleep, lack of time, lack of energy, and for me, that lack amplified my negative thoughts. I found myself worrying about money, struggling with my changing body, and wondering how I’d ever adjust to life as a new mom of twins.
Books became my lifeline. They reminded me I wasn’t alone, gave me new tools to think differently, and offered comfort during the long nights. Out of all of my Kindle reads, these stood out as the most supportive for healing after childbirth, along with daily meditations, which you can find [here].
