I've taken a long break from YouTube to recover from Lyme and its co-infections, which taught me so much about regulating our nervous system. I hope to share all that information with you on this channel. One discovery was that I have one of the MTHFR SNPs that affect health and detoxification pathways. If you have this MTHFR gene, you might struggle with processing folate and B vitamins. Many of my clients have this. Gary Brecka from 10X Health suggests that if you have anxiety and the MTHFR gene, you might experience these three symptoms:
